Dr. Claire Tambellini
Personal Experience
Becoming a chiropractor wasn't on my radar until I experienced the benefits when I was an undergraduate student. After experiencing such a profound change in my health, I knew I needed to change my career path so that I could help others in the same way.
Working with the pediatric and prenatal population has always been a passion of mine. However, when I welcomed my first son in 2020 I gained a firsthand experience on how much chiropractic can help during pregnancy. I am excited to be able to help others have the best pregnancy and birth experience possible.

Education and Training

I received both my Bachelor of Science and Doctor of Chiropractic from Palmer College of Chiropractic, the first and largest chiropractic school in the country. I worked under a pediatric chiropractor during my time there, and I am trained in many different techniques such as Diversified, Thompson, Activator, and Webster, which is a specific technique utilized by a prenatal chiropractor.

The training I am the most excited to bring to New Lenox, however, is my pediatric training. After my son was born with severe oral ties I realized how common, yet how overlooked these ties are today. I then began a more vigorous pediatric training program where I gained knowledge to help other parents who are looking for support for their little ones so that they can nurse, eat, and thrive how they are supposed to. I am trained not only in pediatric spinal adjusting but cranial, tonal, and structural adjusting.

Outside the Office
When I'm not in the office, you can find me spending much of my time outdoors with my family and our 2 German Shepherds. I enjoy exercising and baking nutritious meals and healthier desserts with my toddler, Luca!
Dr. Tambellini and her family very much operate on a "practice what you preach" lifestyle. This doesn't mean they are perfect, but it means they make a conscious effort daily to live a healthy lifestyle! For them this means regular chiropractic adjustments, healthy and nutritious foods, exercise, and using products that are made from natural ingredients.
